Items left onboard Garuda Indonesia aircraft should be reported to Garuda
Indonesia or the airline’s appointed ground handling team at Kuala Lumpur
International Airport (KLIA).

number, travel date, seat number and a detailed description of the missing item
to support the identification and recovery process.
Items Lost at
the Airport
Items misplaced within Kuala Lumpur International
Airport, including check-in areas, security screening zones, immigration areas,
departure lounges and arrival halls, are handled by the KLIA Lost and Found
service.
Passengers should report airport-related lost items with details
of the location, time and description of the item.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers who do not receive
their checked baggage upon arrival must report the issue immediately at the
baggage service counter before leaving the arrival hall.
A Property
Irregularity Report (PIR) will be created to begin the baggage tracing process.
Passengers should keep their baggage tag and travel documents available when
making a report.
Reporting a Lost Item
When

including the flight number, travel date, seat number and a description of the
missing item.
For delayed or missing checked baggage, passengers must

Recovery and Collection
Recovered items may be collected from
the designated KLIA lost property counter or arranged collection point.
Passengers may authorize another person to collect the item on their behalf by
providing written authorization and the required identification documents.
