Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport (IATA: KUA, ICAO: WMKD) is an airport that serves Kuantan, a city in the state of Pahang in Malaysia. The airport is located 15 km from the city. The Airport is also used as air base for Royal Malaysian Air Force.

The Airport has an outdoor car park, a taxi stand, several small shops, an arrival hall and a departure hall. The front part of the building housing the shops and the check in counters.

The Airport has an asphalt surface runway oriented 18/36 , length of the runway is 2,804 m (9,199 ft) long. Elevation of the airport is 58 ft (18 m) AMSL. This Kuantan commercial aviation center was in existence since the 1960s. The new terminal building was officially opened on the 27th of October 1992.

Malaysia Airlines and Firefly are the main users of this airport for domestic flights and it does offer Kuantan - Singapore route from Firefly.
