Carry-on Baggage

Passengers travelling with Air Mauritius from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) may bring cabin baggage according to their travel class:

• Economy Class: 1 cabin bag up to 7 kg (15 lbs).
• Business Class: 2 cabin bags, each up to 7 kg (15 lbs).

Passengers may also bring permitted personal items such as a laptop, camera, umbrella, or other small belongings required during the journey.

All cabin baggage must be stored securely in the aircraft cabin and is subject to airport security screening at KLIA. Baggage exceeding the permitted allowance must be checked into the aircraft hold.

Checked Baggage Policy

Checked baggage allowance for Air Mauritius flights is determined by the passenger’s route, travel class, and ticket conditions.

For flights between Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Mauritius:

• Economy Class: 2 pieces, each up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Business Class: 2 pieces, each up to 32 kg (70 lbs).

Each checked bag must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches) in total linear dimensions (length + width + height). The maximum permitted weight for any single checked bag is 32 kg.

Extra Baggage

Additional baggage may be purchased through Air Mauritius before departure, subject to availability and applicable charges.
