Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard Air Arabia aircraft should be reported to Air Arabia or its
appointed ground handling representative at Kuala Lumpur International Airport
(KLIA). Passengers should provide their flight number, travel date, seat number,
and a detailed description of the missing item to support identification and
recovery.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items lost
within Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), including check-in areas,
security screening areas, immigration zones, departure halls, and arrival areas,
are managed by the KLIA Lost & Found service. Passengers should contact the
airport Lost & Found office for items misplaced within airport premises.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers who do not
receive their checked baggage upon arrival must report the missing baggage
immediately at the baggage service counter located in the arrivals area before
leaving the airport. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) will be issued to
begin the baggage tracing process.
Reporting a Lost Item
For items left onboard an Air Arabia flight, passengers should provide their
flight number, travel date, seat number, and a detailed description of the lost
item. For delayed or missing checked baggage, passengers must provide their
baggage tag number and travel details when submitting a report.
Recovery and Collection
If a lost item is recovered, passengers
may collect it from the designated Air Arabia or KLIA Lost & Found counter.
Collection by an authorized representative may be permitted with written
authorization and valid identification documents.
