Passengers travelling with Air Arabia from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) are permitted to carry the following:

Carry-on Baggage

Each passenger departing from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) may carry the following cabin baggage on Air Arabia flights:

• 1 cabin bag up to 7 kg.
• 1 personal item up to 3 kg, such as a laptop bag, handbag or small satchel.

The total combined cabin baggage allowance is 10 kg, including duty-free purchases.

Cabin bag dimensions must not exceed 55 cm × 40 cm × 20 cm, including handles and wheels. Personal items must not exceed 25 cm × 33 cm × 20 cm and must fit under the seat in front.

Carry-on baggage is subject to security screening at KLIA. Items exceeding the permitted size or weight limits may be required to be checked into the aircraft hold and additional charges may apply.

Checked Baggage Policy

Air Arabia operates a weight-based checked baggage system. Passengers may pre-book checked baggage allowances of:

• 20 kg
• 30 kg
• 40 kg

A maximum of two checked bags is permitted within the purchased allowance.

Each checked bag must not exceed 158 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height) and 32 kg in weight.

Baggage exceeding 32 kg per piece is not accepted as checked baggage and must be transported as cargo.

Passengers should verify their purchased baggage allowance before arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

Extra Baggage

Additional checked baggage may be purchased online, through Air Arabia sales offices or contact centers before departure.

Pre-booked baggage allowances are available at lower rates than excess baggage purchased at the airport.

Excess baggage charges apply when the checked baggage weight exceeds the purchased allowance or when baggage exceeds the permitted size or weight limits.

Sports equipment and special baggage items may be accepted subject to Air Arabia's conditions and applicable charges.
